Multi Scale Hull-2 Deck Laser Cutting Drawings
This laser cutting Drawing set consists of multiple scale versions of .dwg and .dxf files in a single .zip file.
20th Scale

The 20th scale Hull-2 Deck should be cut from 7 sheets of 0.8mm - 1.0mm Baltic Birch Plywood, or similar material, with the grain running in the long direction. Each sheet needs to be 300mm (12") x 400mm (16") or larger and contains the sub-deck and deck parts. The sub-deck parts have locations marked for fittings for either PT103 or later series PT boats, these are not marked on the actual deck layer as you may want to do your own layout.
35th Scale

The 35th scale Hull-2 Deck should be cut from 3 sheets of 0.6mm - 0.8mm Baltic Birch Plywood, or similar material, with the grain running in the long direction. Each sheet needs to be 300mm (12") x 400mm (16") or larger and contains the sub-deck and deck parts. The sub-deck parts have locations marked for fittings for either PT103 or later series PT boats, these are not marked on the actual deck layer as you may want to do your own layout.
Note:
The fine marine grade Birch Plywood, that I use, is from Finland or Russia and is either 3 or 4 ply (depends what I can get) I buy it in 1220mm x 1220mm (4' x 4') sheets and cut it into 4 x 3 smaller sheets so that it will fit into my Epilog 12" x 18" 50Watt laser cutter, The grain should run in the direction of the 400mm length.
