Multi Scale Hull-2 Laser Cutting Drawings

This laser cutting Drawing set consists of multiple scale versions of .dwg and .dxf files in a single .zip file.

20th Scale

The 20th scale Hull-2 should be cut from 8 sheets of 2.0mm (5/64") Finnish Birch Plywood, or similar material, each sheet needs to be 300mm (12") x 400mm (16") or larger and contains ribs, deck runners, chine and bow pieces, motor mounts, laminated keel and propkeel and rudderkeel parts, deck toe rails, battery box, servo mounts, a square/spacing ruler and stand parts.

I recently amended this kit to change the long chine and deck timber checkouts to be both 3/16" (5mm) square as a  number of people in the US complained that they could no longer buy any timbers in 5/32" (4mm) square.

35th Scale

The 35th scale Hull-2 should be cut from 3 sheets of 1.0mm (40 thou") Finnish Birch Plywood, or similar material, each sheet needs to be 300mm (12") x 400mm (16") or larger and contains ribs, deck runners, chine and bow pieces, motor mounts, laminated keel and propkeel and rudderkeel parts, deck toe rails, battery box, servo mounts, a square/spacing ruler and stand parts.

Note:

The fine marine grade Birch Plywood, that I use, is from Finland or Russia and is either 3 or 4 ply (depends what I can get) I buy it in 1220mm x 1220mm (4' x 4') sheets and cut it into 4 x 3 smaller sheets so that it will fit into my Epilog 12" x 18" 50Watt laser cutter, The grain should run in the direction of the 400mm length.
